1.0Size of the property, beautiful views
− - location is falsely advertised - complaint has still not been addressed. Different address whatsapped to mobile number to that advertised on day of arrival in Italy. Actual location is 31 minute walk from shops, along inaccessible route. This property is in the middle of nowhere and impossible to access without a car (extortionate cab fees minimum - €25 for 5 min ride) - property is dated. Bathrooms could do with an uplift in particular and strange smell in kitchen. Pool area also dirty and unusable

8.0The location was stunning and the facilities great. Contact with the host Isabella was fantastic and she was always contactable and answered promptly. All in all a very special place.
− The bathrooms were a little tired and could do with refurbishment and the water pressure in the sinks on the upper floors was poor. Garden furniture was dated.

− The outside gate didn’t close with us , and classifying the waste was a bit difficult.

6.0It was spacious, with a nice swimming pool next to the lake.
− It was not possible to go into the lake from the property. We had to clean the swimming pool ourselves. There were bugs and leaves and the pool did not seem to auto-clean. We had to call the renter for that. The alarm went off without any reason and they could not help us. We had to turn it off ourselves. It was really stressful. The lady who was renting the house was not very helpful and rude.
