7.0The location was excellent for accessing Stirling City Centre and the train station. Beds were comfy. Kitchen well equipped. Lots of books to choose from if you like reading. Clear instructions re: accessing the property / parking etc.
− The amount of communication was overwhelming to be honest. Did not feel welcoming and required signing up to an app. The final message sent the day prior to departure regarding checking out stated "this is not meant to be initimidatory" but that's exactly how it felt. I appreciate that they may have issues with previous guests but it felt hard to relax and tbh I felt that putting out wheelie bins was above and beyond. Some kitchen drawers not particularly clean. Overall we prefer the homely, welcoming touch for a family get away.
