9.0Eine nette Kontaktaufnahme und problemlose Übermittlung der Zugangsdaten. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und geräumig, alles ist neu und besonders das Badezimmer ist praktisch und hochwertig.
− Zum Haus muss man ein kurzes Stück eine Straße (bergan) gehen, die weder über einen Gehweg noch über Beleuchtung verfügt, das war jetzt in der dunklen Jahreszeit beim abendlichen Heimweg nicht ganz so angenehm.
Quiet, comfortable apartment
9.0This is a bright, airy, comfortable apartment with a great kitchen. The location is a little remote from Salzburg but we knew that when booking it so it is very quiet. There is a supermarket and bakery a few minutes walk away and nice views from the balcony.
− The check in information is good but you are welcomed into the property with two pages of detailed rules, most of which are unnecessary and rather insulting about maintaining clean conditions and not spilling things on their new floor. This is excessive and doesn’t make you feel welcome. The supply of plates and cutlery was very miserly as well. There is a good dishwasher but either you need to run it half empty or wash up by hand because you run out of plates and knives after a single meal. For the price, you expect better.
Salzburg base in the countryside
9.0The location was fantastic for us. 15 mins by bus to central Salzburg, but looking out on countryside. Local supermarket, pizza restaurant and bakery. Short walk down steep road to these facilities. Owner was very helpful and prompt to respond.
− Nothing really. Could be warm, but the day temperatures weren't too hot, so didn't cause a problem.
Beautiful apartment with incredible views.
10.0Extremely well appointed, a beautiful flat with an insane view. The buses into Salzburg were regular and easy, there were shops and a bakery close by and the hosts provided everything we needed.

10.0Das Appartement Karl ist ein sehr schönes, helles und großzügiges Quartier mit Aussicht zum Untersberg, Watzmann und Hoher Göll. Vor dem Haus unter dem großen Balkon liegt eine Streuobstwiese mit Pferden. Sehr idyllisch. Die Wohnung ist Blitz-blank sauber und sehr persönlich und gut durchdacht eingerichtet. Schöne Details und große Klarheit. Alles da und nix zuviel.
