Looks good but not very clean.
4.0Lobby and outside looks really nice
− Rooms were not clean. Did not have hand soup or small towels. Sheets were dirty. One of the rooms that did not have windows smelled moldy. Food from restaurant was not good
Reasonable, but most disappointing was the breakfast buffet.
6.0Friendly staff
− There was a strange stuffy smell in the hallway and upon entering the room. This smell did not change over the course of the two nights we stayed there. The comfort of the beds was ok. There were too few hangers in the closet (only 3). I also can't get used to the fact that it's quite normal in Indonesia to have a shower in the bathroom without any shower curtain or shower separition. The whole bathroom gets wet, including the toilet and washbasin. The breakfast buffet is quite limited in choice.
