10.0Staff is very good ..bhaiya and didi both are very down to earth and unka behaviour bahut acha hah ...bhaiya khud apni scooty se ham log ko lene k lie aaye the railway station........room condition is good ... everything is fine ....bas aapko ye ekdum ghar ki tarah feel hoga na ki hotel .... It's a second home in ujjain and also safe ..... Location sahi hah station k just bagal me and mandir se thoda sa walking distance pe
