The view overlooking the beautiful gardens bursting with spring colours was fantastic. The house has big picture windows in the main living area and two of the bedrooms to make the most of the view of the Blue Mountains beyond the garden. The house itself was beautifully presented, clean and comfortable. Our family of five adults had plenty of space to relax. Especially liked that the big TV was in a separate room...

− Everything was fantastic. We can think of only a couple of very minor suggestions for the hosts to provide more clothes hangers in the bedroom wardrobes and more utensils for nonstick pans in the kitchen, especially a turner for eggs and pancakes.

Loved our stay and we will return.

The view was spectacular. The location was perfect for night sky viewing with telescope set up in back garden and access to some walks just at end of street.

− Setting up the under floor bathroom heating was a challenge so better instructions (possible photos of panel doors open) but google came to the rescue

The whole experience was fantastic. The property managers were quick to answer any questions and requests we had. The house was very well stocked and overall very comfortable. The gardens are spectacular and even with one solid day of rain, sitting and drinking a coffee looking out the windows was just as good as looking out on a clear day. We will certainly be staying here again in the future.

Large comfortable house with superb views, short walk to shops and walking trails. Modern appliances throughout.

− The second and third bedrooms are a bit small.
