Liūdna dėl blogo oro, šalto jūros vandens. Bet nakvynės sąlygos buvo geros. Ačiū šeimininkams.

Ieškojau vietos nakvynei Jūrmaloje kritinėmis dienomis, ilguoju savaitgaliu, 08.16-08.18. Mums patiko šitas tvarkingas 3 kambarių butas devynaukščio 7-tajame aukšte. Garbingo amžiaus mano mamai nereikėjo lipti laiptais. Nes yra liftas. Savo automobilį pastačiau gatvėje... ir jam nieko baisaus nenutiko. Iki Kauguri pliažo važinėjome automobiliu, apie 2 km. Bute yra skalbyklė, indaplovė, kaitlentė, orkaitė, indai... Viskas nei kiek ne blogiau, negu namuose. Ačiū šeimininkams!

Nepatiko tik blogas oras. O bute viskas OK.

I don't know how to put it into the right words… Maybe it's just me. The apartment itself is large and clean, but getting there is another story. You have two options: either climb all the way to the 7th floor via extremely run-down stairs—which is not acceptable if you have even the slightest mobility issues—or use a lift that looks so old and run-down that I honestly didn’t dare to get inside with two kids. It’s an interesting experience if someone wants to feel the spirit of Soviet-era block flats. I guess the building hasn’t seen any renovation since it was built. We booked the apartment for 3 adults and 2 kids. The bedroom is really nice—my parents-in-law slept there and had a good night’s rest. But there were only 2 extra blankets and 1 sheet for the three of us (me and the kids). I ended up sleeping with my son on a super old and uncomfortable sofa bed, sharing one tiny single blanket. There wasn’t enough bedding for the separate reclaimed armchair (which was not the sofa bed as stated in the description). We eventually found another sheet in a box high above the wardrobe for my other son and made him a sofa bed in the living room. I woke up just a few minutes after falling asleep—around 11:30 p.m.—because of outside noise. Some people were drinking and talking (nicely and politely, but very loudly) in Russian outside. Despite being on the 7th floor, you could hear them as if they were in the same room. After an hour or two of listening to their voices, a neighbor must have opened a window below and started arguing with them. Suddenly, there was a lot of shouting, Russian swearing, and threats of calling the police. It honestly felt like we had traveled back in time to the Soviet Union—an interesting experience, in a way. So… if you’re just looking for something cheap, clean, and fairly spacious, the apartment is fine.
