Good value for the money, but it could be better.
7.0The staff: extremely welcoming and respectful. They tell you when you check in to communicate with them at any time in case of an issue, and they live up to their promise to respond promptly. The location: simply wonderful and couldn't be beat. There's a supermarket and a pharmacy within 2-min walking distance. All the infamous restaurants as well as a market with all kinds of services are within a walking distance. The area is well-serviced yet the street is very quiet. Parking: plenty of parking space in the building. The building: the building itself is clean and well-lit. There's an elevator. Aminities and equipment: the apartment has a washing machine, hanger (for clothes), water kettle, water cooler, a fridge and freezer, a microwave, air conditioning, a smart TV in the living area, an iron and ironing table, among many other things. Plus kitchen utensils. Blackout shades: one of the most important things to me. The window shades blocked the lights perfectly. A balcony: there's a balcony overlooking the main street. We didn't use it much because there was construction right across during our stay.
− Comfort: the bed was wobbly and a bit uncomfortable. Cleanliness: the apartment was obviously properly cleaned before we got there, but I believe they need to do deep cleaning of the apartments every once in a while. There was a weird smell in the bathroom that didn't go away no matter how often we cleaned and what type of air freshener we used. There were also some stain inside the fridge. Space: the apartments are fairly spacious but the bathrooms are extremely small. Soundproofing: Soundproofing was really poor. Each floor in the building consists of 4 sections, each section has 2 adjacent apartments. If you are lucky and no one stays at the apartment adjacent to yours you won't have a problem. Otherwise, you and the guests in the other apartment would literally hear everything any of you does or says.
