10.0Notre hôte Ricardo est d' une efficacité imparable. Il nous a donné d'excellents conseils et il nous a très bien accueilli. Un petit déjeuner d'appoint est offert chaque matin dans les chambres et c'est très appréciable.

8.0Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura durante la nostra visita alle Cinque Terre e siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti. Desideriamo ringraziare il proprietario per la straordinaria disponibilità, l'accoglienza calorosa e la grande gentilezza dimostrate durante tutto il soggiorno. Fin dal nostro arrivo ci ha fatti sentire come a casa, sempre pronto ad aiutarci con il sorriso. Un valore aggiunto sono stati i preziosi consigli e le informazioni dettagliate che ci ha fornito per organizzare al meglio la visita al Parco delle Cinque Terre. Grazie alle sue indicazioni siamo riusciti a ottimizzare gli spostamenti e a vivere un'esperienza davvero indimenticabile. Consigliamo vivamente questa struttura a chiunque desideri visitare La Spezia e le Cinque Terre, non solo per la qualità dell'alloggio, ma soprattutto per la professionalità e l'attenzione verso gli ospiti che fanno davvero la differenza.

10.0Camera piccolina ma confortevole con bagno privato. Ho apprezzato molto la presenza di un Phon serio e non quelli attaccati al muro da piscina che trovi in tutti gli hotel. Struttura vicinissima alla stazione, 3 minuti a piedi. Abbiamo trovato parcheggio davanti alla struttura a pagamento (la domenica è gratis) e poi abbiamo spostato la macchina in un parcheggio gratis a 10 minuti a piedi dalla struttura. Proprietario disponibile e accogliente, ci ha permesso di eseguire il check in in mattinata. Consigliatissimo
