10.0Super vriendelijk en gastvrij personeel, Lily heeft ons erg goed geholpen met boeken van tickets voor nationale park en voorstel om 2,5 dag te besteden. Erg mooie locatie, midden in de bergen/natuur, leuk straatje met paar restaurants in de buurt. Wij vonden de rust heerlijk. In 10 minuten loop je naar de ingang van het park (middle gate). Uitzicht vanaf zwembad was top en cocktails waren lekker!

10.0A truly exceptional stay! From the minute, we booked the stay- the communication was brilliant. Will ensured we had all the tickets well in advance, the car waiting as soon as we landed, the entire team waiting to greet you as soon as you enter, the rooms were perfect. As vegetarians, we were fully looked after and had plenty of delicious options at breakfast and during meal times. The customer service exceeds expectation. It truly felt like a home away from home. While the property itself is stunning, with beautiful spaces and breathtaking views, the true highlight is the people. Will and his team are what make this place so special. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care created an unforgettable experience. What a truly memorable stay! If we are ever in Zhangjiajie again, I know where we will be staying.
