− Very disappointing experience. I booked this property through Booking.com and received a confirmed reservation, but when I contacted the owner, they informed me that the stay had already been booked by someone else a week earlier. This caused unnecessary stress and completely disrupted my travel plans. The communication and booking management were extremely poor. A confirmed booking should mean the room is actually available. Highly unprofessional handling from both the property side and the platform coordination. Would not recommend unless they improve their booking management and customer handling.

I booked this property 10 to 15 days in advance via Booking.com. just one day before the trip, the owner called to confirm and even asked for an advance payment. however within minutes, i was informed that the property was no longer available as it was given to another group. This is highly unprofessional. A confirmed booking should not be cancelled at the last moment, especially after asking for payment. Because of this, my entire trip was affected and i couldn't find any alternative stay as everything was sold out. Would not recommend bookings here are not reliable
