− Lugging all our baggage to the car. But that can’t be helped due to the nature of Brixham.
Super little cottage
8.0Amazing location and wonderfully clean, warm and cosy! It was a really lovely cottage that was so close to the harbour. It's has really cute decor and an overall wonderful feeling about the place. Loved the top bedroom - we requested for the 2 single beds to be put together as a king bed, and our request was answered immediately. Found a parking space without issue. Thank you, Claire, for a wonderful stay (despite the rain!).
− Stairs to the top bedroom very steep, bathroom on the ground floor and no garden for the dog. These things didn't impact our stay, but it might affect others.

6.0Pretty little cottage
− On a very steep hill which I didn’t appreciate was so steep , also the second internal flight of stairs where very steep to come down in the night , with a very scary little landing by the back door , which was easy to go backwards from .

10.0We had the best week at family tides, such a great location. Perfect for getting to the shops and places to eat. Lots of walks to do straight from the house. We managed a whole week of just using public transport or walking and not having to use the car. The house was so lovely, very tastefully decorated. A real home away from home.
