Se venite a Kos, vi consiglio vivamente di soggiornare in questa struttura. La villa è dotata di ogni comfort: cucina perfettamente attrezzata con pentole, bicchieri, stoviglie, microonde e tutto il necessario per sentirsi come a casa. Sono presenti anche un kit di cortesia e una cassetta del primo soccorso davvero completa, con molte più cose di quelle che ci si aspetterebbe di trovare, come crema per le scottature, paracetamolo e altri prodotti utilissimi. Ma il vero valore aggiunto sono i proprietari, persone di una gentilezza e disponibilità rare. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno fatto trovare tutto l'occorrente per la colazione e anche molto di più. Durante il soggiorno ci hanno inoltre sorpreso con due piccoli regali e, un giorno, ci hanno persino portato un ottimo plumcake, un gesto che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo. Anche la posizione è perfetta: in circa 20-30 minuti si raggiungono facilmente le spiagge più belle dell'isola e Kos Town. Inoltre, la villa si trova sul lato dell'isola da cui si possono ammirare tramonti spettacolari direttamente dal giardino, un dettaglio che ha reso le nostre serate ancora più speciali. È stato un soggiorno davvero meraviglioso e, se dovessimo tornare a Kos, sceglieremmo senza alcun dubbio questa villa.

Es war alles perfekt. Tolle Gastgeber mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail. Ferienhaus ist top ausgestattet. Die Lage hätte besser nicht sein können- 5 min zum Strand in Mastichari (mit Auto). Terasse mit Nachmittags/Abendsonne und Ausblick aufs Meer, zusätzlich 2 Bakone mit je 2 Sitzplätzen. Der Kühlschrank war bei Ankunft schon gefüllt, was super war, da wir erst spät abends angereist sind. Zwischendurch hat uns Xanthippi einen leckeren Kuchen gebracht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für alles.

It is a perfect villa with high quality equipments and awesome sunset in front of it. We enjoyed every single second at this house. The owner is very responsive, the moment you need sth they immediately help! They prepare the house in a way that you suggest go there and stay, even the first days’ need is already in the fridge. The bathroom and equipments in the bathroom was incredibly good. I would love to stay in this villa again in the future.

Alles.Von der ersten Minute an fühlten wir uns daheim. Ein Haus, neu und rein, in einer Gegend, die still von Sorgfalt erzählt. Alles, was ein moderner Mensch begehrt, wartet hier — und mehr. Auf der Terrasse grüßt der Morgen im goldenen Licht, und der Abend legt sanft den Sonnenuntergang in unsere Hände. Der Preis — wie ein Versprechen erfüllt. Dank für eure offene Tür, für Wärme und Willkommen. Wir kehren zurück, das wissen wir jetzt schon.
