10.0Die Ferienwohnung liegt verkehrsgünstig an der B105. Von dort aus ist man sowohl mit dem Auto als auch mit dem Fahrrad schnell in der Rostocker Innenstadt, aber auch in Bad Doberan sowie an den Ostseebädern Heiligendamm, Nienhagen und Warnemünde. Trotz der guten Anbindung liegt die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Die Kommunikation vor Ankunft und die Schlüsselübergabe verliefen völlig problemlos und schnell. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Ferienwohnung selbst war super sauber, ordentlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, sodass man sich problemlos selbst verpflegen kann. Dank der Spülmaschine ist auch der Abwasch kein Problem. Das Tageslichtbad verfügt neben einer Badewanne auch und über eine Waschmaschine. Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat ein bequemes Boxspringbett. Sowohl im Wohnzimmer als auch im Hauptschlafzimmer gibt es einen großen Flachbildfernseher. Im Wohnzimmer steht außerdem ein kleiner zusätzlicher Tisch, an dem man bei Bedarf auch gut arbeiten kann. Die WLAN-Verbindung war sehr schnell und stabil. Ein weiteres Plus ist der überdachte, geschlossene Balkon, auf dem man den Abend wunderbar ausklingen lassen kann. Für mein Auto hatte ich einen Stellplatz im Carport und mein Fahrrad konnte ich sicher hinter dem Haus abstellen. An der fußläufig erreichbaren Tankstelle gibt es morgens frische, leckere Brötchen. In den umliegenden Ortschaften befinden sich zahlreiche Supermärkte und auch das Einkaufscenter „Ostsee Park“ ist nur ca. 2 km entfernt. Ich kann die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Man hat dort wirklich alles, was man für einen kurzen oder auch längeren Aufenthalt benötigt.
