Lage mitten im Dorf, viel Natur, nah am Wasser. Das Haus war perfekt für einen längeren Aufenthalt ausgestattet — Waschmaschine, gute Klimaanlage, voll ausgestattete Küche. Durchgehend blitzsauber. Sampath und seine Familie waren unglaublich herzlich, haben uns viel über die Gegend erzählt und uns bei allem unterstützt was wir brauchten.

A faultless place to spend 8 days

Everything. This place had everything we needed to live comfortably for 8 nights. There wasn’t a single fault with this place. This place seemed pretty much brand new. Having our own washing machine and drying racks was a massive plus after traveling for a while. A fridge and kitchen area to cook and have our own food in if we wanted. The bed was very comfortable, outside areas quiet to aid a good sleep, the air conditioning and WiFi worked without fault. The room was spacious with storage spaces, also a work area with desk and a chair. The bathroom was more than big enough and everything was maintained and cleaned throughly. There was a hot shower but we only used cold. There was also a lovely big garden area to park our Tuk Tuk, with seats outside the room and could also use the garden area to sunbathe if desired as it was very private with walled and gated garden with one other room sharing the garden. There was even a broom provided in the bedroom and a water brush provided in the bathroom which made our life easier being able to keep everything clean, tidy, sand and water free. I would book this place again in a heartbeat if I was returning.

we loved this stay in ahangama a little layed back from the main street. There’s several local restaurant around though and a very nice hostel close to the place where you can always meet the cooles people if you’re up for it. The place we liked it so much that we prolonged for a week. so we stayed 3 weeks in total. It’s cozy, it’s clean, has everything you need even for a longer stay. it was comfortable and had good space to leave all your things. we had no issues at all and the host and his family were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed and beyond. Even got invited to dinner for a traditional rice and curry. And he offers also scooters for rent, everything for a very fair price. I will recommend highly to everyone to stay here :)

Amazing host! He was very friendly and said yes to all our requirements. He even gave us a late checkout and arranged a tuk-tuk for our travel. Cozy Place is truly cozy, just as the name suggests. The property was very clean and comfortable, and all the amenities were provided and parking space.
