5.0Emplacement sympa et terrasse agréable.
− Nous avons récupéré les clés sous le paillasson. Heureusement que les voisins étaient présents pour nous aider à ouvrir les portes, car il y a une double porte avec deux serrures chacune, assez compliquées à ouvrir. À notre arrivée, mauvaise surprise : la chasse d’eau des toilettes n’avait pas été tirée et il ne restait qu’un rouleau de papier toilette déjà entamé, sans recharge prévue. Le logement est une pièce unique, restée “dans son jus”, avec un mobilier vieillissant et des tapis qui donnent une impression vieillote peu entretenue. Nous avons été globalement déçus. De plus, le deuxième soir, un monsieur est venue récupérer le paiement, mauvaise surprise, prix supérieur au montant indiqué sur Booking. Après négociation par téléphone avec la propriétaire, celle-ci a expliqué que le prix affiché sur Booking aurait dû être le prix net. Cette situation a été très désagréable et peu professionnelle. En résumé : expérience décevante, tant sur l’état du logement que sur la gestion du paiement.

8.0The room was well equipped and the kitchen fully functional. Plus, the hosts left some basics just as bread, milk and butter for us, which was very convenient. Arrival instructions were clear as well
Good base to explore Dominica
9.0Extra large, very comfortable bed and pillows - better than at home! Fully-equipped kitchen, spacious apartment overall. There are mosquito nets on doors/windows but we haven’t seen any during our stay even outside despite proximity to water. Close to some of the most popular attractions (Titou gorge, Trafalgar falls) and Roseau for the ferry terminal.
− Many light switches all over the place, takes time to get a hang of it. Water pressure in the shower wasn’t great but nothing too bad.
