10.0Everything about our stay was amazing. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, the breakfast was delicious with beautiful little details, and the rooms were absolutely lovely. You can really feel the care and effort they put into making guests feel comfortable.
− Honestly, there wasn’t anything we didn’t like. Everything was wonderful from beginning to end, and the experience exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed every detail of our stay.

− Honestly, there really wasn't anything I didn't like. My partner arrived after the kitchen formally closed, and they waited to cook his food and deliver it to our cabin. They didn't have to do that, and I didn't ask for it. I would recommend this location to anyone in the area. Also, the local chocolate for sale in the reception area is amazing. I ate the whole bar in a few hours.

10.0Lugar hermoso, con todas las comodidades que necesitas, cerca a los termales. Aparte te ofrece muchos servicios para manejar bicicleta, montar a caballo, bugui. El paso del río está pocos metros con aguas cristalinas, el administrador te guía para hacer todas las actividades. La fogata en la noche de lo mejor. El desayuno super rico y organico, tienen un huerto por lo que toda la comida es muy fresca. Lleguen a los termales de noche lo disfrutaran más que de día.
− El camino es destapado como un 1km desde la carretera principal pero esta en buen estado y bien demarcado.

10.0The property was absolutely beautiful. I loved walking around and seeing all the animals, looking at the stars and mountains, and seeing all the beautiful flowers everywhere. Breakfast was included but we also paid for dinner one night and the reviews were spot on, the food here is amazing! So much so that we purchased several of their homemade chorizos, arepas, and cheese to take home with us. Along with a bushel of sweet plantains. I also purchased passes to the hot thermal springs through them. Usually you can only buy day passes to one set of the hot springs but La Herradura has a partnership with them, so we were able to get access to the springs located at the spa hotel which are only available to guests staying at the hot spring hotel. This also gave us access to the spa at the hot springs which was a great addition to our day with massages and aromatherapy. La Herradura provided round trip transportation to the springs which made our day trip easy. The entire staff was so hospitable and helpful. There was a farm hand named Andres who served us during breakfast, dinner, and drove us to the springs. He was soooo nice and really made our short stay there spectacular. The owners, Edwin and Paola were just amazing too! Paola curated all the daily menus and cooked the food. She is an amazing chef. Edwin picked us up from the springs himself. The personal service and attention to detail just added to our time there. If I had more time I would have loved to stay longer. This was such a tranquil, peaceful, and beautiful place to relax and unwind. When I return to Colombia I will absolutely visit them again. I would recommend this property to anyone. 5 STARS!!!

10.0Echt een prachtige plek met enorm lieve mensen die dit paradijs beschikbaar stellen. We hebben genoten van deze plek in de natuur, dichtbij de thermen. Zeker dat we hier nog eens terug komen!
− De prijs per nacht was aan de hoge kant. Sommige andere klanten waren luidruchtig, wat deze 'zen' plek soms iets verstoorde. Verder was alles super!
