− Wasn't clean. No wi-fi, no TV. They didn't respond when we contacted them about it. Area is a bit rough.

An excellent base with a very helpful and friendly owner.
8.0The location was excellent to get to Bolton and Pennington Flash. The beds were comfortable and the owner responded to our questions very quickly.
− The kitchen facilities are fairly basic. There’s no dishwasher and the draining board is small. The back garden was very overgrown.
