− Je moet je laten registreren bij de toeristische dienst van de stad. Daar betaal je ook een toerismebelasting. De host had ons niet laten weten dat registratie een vereiste is. Toen we er toch naar vroegen, zei ze dat de registratie onze verantwoordelijkheid is. Omdat we ons aan de regels wilden houden, registreerden we ons en betaalden de belasting. Na ons verblijf hadden we door dat de toeristenbelasting eigenlijk is inbegrepen in de prijs van de accommodatie. De host had het bedrag dus voor zichzelf gehouden! Onze tip voor de host: informeer de gasten over de wettelijk verplichte registratie én geef het vooraf betaalde bedrag terug als de gasten zich zelf gaan registreren.
