− Die Lage etwas weit zum Bahnhof und zur Altstadt Die Wohnung ist etwas schwierig zu finden liegt in einem Gewerbekomplex mit Autohaus, Chinarestaurant und Jugendklub Treppenhaus und Flur sind nicht sauber
