− No idea that access to 2nd bedroom was from outside the house Electric blanket in 2nd bedroom does not work - light flashes and does not warm the bed The whole inside area was filled with smoke when and while fire was lit to braai - this was a nasty experience. We had to open all windows and put the fan on to try and get the smoke out. A pile of leaves at the front door and on side walkway which must be used to go to the 2nd bedroom - this can be attended to before guests arrive. Obviously leaves will fall down again which is understandable. No drying cloths in kitchen

8.0The location and the place were beautiful . The neighbors across the property were realty lovely and welcoming
− Can you please have a coffee station and a small fridge for upstairs.. it was awkward that we couldn’t have cold water or coffee in the morning because everything was in the kitchen downstairs. Also if you can provide bowls for salads that would be great
Good value for money when is a short stay!
7.0It was clean, well equipped and with everything you would need in a self catering unit. The unit was surprisingly spacious, with good furniture, loose carpets and a really nice kitchen. Both the main and second bedrooms had en-suite showers and toilets. Fantastic beds and bedding in both.
− On arrival, it was one of those “here is the pin to the keybox, sort yourself out, enjoy your stay” arrangements. It turned out that the second bedroom is up a flight of outside stairs. The unit was Solar powered, with the box inside the kitchen area and noisy whenever it recharged itself (often!).
Nice but no power, off the grid!!
3.0The property itself looks very nice, however
− There is no electricity, the place is of the grid, so be aware, you cannot use heaters, there is no fireplace inside only a braai, there was a minutiae little gas heater, but the gas was empty. I would recommend putting in a fire place or atleast 2 decent gas heaters and making sure there is always gas availible. The fact that the facility doesnt have power are also not advertized on booking.com
