10.0Excellent from start to finish. Brilliant communication, very helpful information. The house was spotless, beds very comfy and all essentials plus tea, coffee, milk and snacks. We really enjoyed our stay and will return. It's a perfect stay to visit Redcar, Saltburn, Staithes and the beautiful North Yorkshire

− Check in and check out time were shorter than other places. Check in of 4 pm and check out 10am could be extended to have a better value for money. Also it would have been good to know the wifi password before the check in.

10.0Lovely spacious home, spotlessly clean. Had everything we needed and more. Some lovely homely touches made us feel so welcome and relaxed, even with a 2 year old. Absolutely perfect, will definitely stay here again.
