Roaches were considered "normal" by the administrator (or something in those lines)
2.0− I found during multiple days multiple roaches 🪳 going around the house. Roaches came at least though the bathroom tubes. The house had some issues (for example part of the door hinge of the bathroom was off with a whole). The administrators do not took my concern of health and cleanliness seriously and said this was normal with high temperatures (having roaches should NOT be normal, in any circumstance), and did not proposed a refund (even if partial) or a move to another property, just a cancellation with no alternative place to stay. There is also a window you can't close in the room. And there were no light bed covers in the warm climate, only heavy ones... And the outside of the place had some trash one day

6.0− I have not yet received an invoice after more than a month after my stay here, although repeteadly asking for it. I hope booking.com will support and I am making complaints to local authorities.

7.0Da localização excelente a 5 minutos da Estação de Carcavelos e a 15 minutos da Praia, dos eletrodomésticos e utensílios pra cozinha, da Televisão com varias opções de lazer, do chuveiro e o conforto da sala bem espaçosa.
− Falta de ventilação, não tem janelas e a porta da rua é toda fechada. Cheira a mofo assim q se entra na acomodação, depois se acostuma. Do barulho infernal que vem do piso superior quando há hóspedes lá, principalmente com crianças correndo o tempo todo. O piso é de madeira e só o simples caminhar já incomoda quem está embaixo. Muito ruim mesmo!!
