− Verkehrslärm von der Straße, veraltete Elektrik, zu wenig Steckdosen, kaputte Duschwand und gegenüber steckt ein Heizgerät in einer nicht für Feuchträume geeigneten Steckdose.
Geräumige Wohnung auf Stark Befahrene Landstrasse mit viel Lärm
4.0Die Stadt, der Fluss und Umgebung 10-15 Gehminuten ausserhalb die Wohnungslage. Die Wohnung war modern und geräumig. Auch sauber.
− Die Lage: direkt auf eine Hauptlandstrasse, wo Tag und Nacht der Lärm von verkehr kaum ertragbar war (dabei wurde die Lage als 'ruhig' beschrieben) und wo man direkt vor die Haustür in einen Lastwagon/Auto stürzen konnte. Fenster müssten geöffnet sein wegen die Hitze, um Luft zu kriegen (keine Klimaanlage). Es brauchte dazu 2.5 Stunden um wifi empfang endlich zu bekommen wegen falsch-bezeichnete Passcode, und Zeit verschwendet auf der Suche einen neuen Router (in ein anderes Apartment). Eine Besitzerin hat schon telefonisch gehandlet, aber wieso musste ein Gast sich mit der Suche einen Router bemühen? Scheint die Besitzer sind nicht besonderes gut organisiert.
