Had a great first experience in a capsule hotel. Extremely convenient, as it is located within walking distance of Shinjuku Station and local spots. They provide all the amenities required, you can just walk with yourself. The bath/sauna facilities, free-flow drink lounge, and complimentary curry made it feel like a premium experience. The capsules and bathroom are very clean. You can have soft drinks and popcorn throughout the day. There is also free alcohol, rice, and ramen at night. The cost is also very good if you are travelling to an expensive city like Tokyo. Will come and stay here again when I am in Tokyo.

− Nothing negative, but as with typical capsule hotels, luggage space and moving around during peak hours can feel a bit tight. The enclosed space can occasionally feel a bit warm before you settle in. Beware that there is no private shower; you have to shower naked with other men, and you may come across a cultural barrier.

− Extremely Disappointing Experience – Broken Promises and Disrespectful Staff I have rarely been this disappointed with a hotel’s service and professionalism. Beforehand, I specifically spoke to two different staff members and asked whether they could hang our clothes up. Both employees assured me that this would be possible, so we trusted their word and expected the service we had been promised. However, when the time came, we were suddenly told that the only option available was machine drying. This was completely different from what we had been told by two separate employees. What made this experience even worse was the unacceptable attitude of the staff. One of the employees actually laughed in my face when I tried to explain the situation. This was incredibly disrespectful, humiliating, and completely unprofessional. As a paying guest, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect, especially when I am simply asking for something that the hotel’s own staff had already confirmed was possible. Mistakes and misunderstandings can happen, but making promises to guests and then refusing to take responsibility is unacceptable. Laughing at a guest instead of addressing the problem professionally makes the situation even more outrageous. This experience has left us extremely frustrated and disappointed. Good hospitality is not just about the facilities; it is also about honesty, communication, and how guests are treated when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, this hotel failed on all three counts. I would strongly advise future guests not to rely on verbal promises from the staff without confirming everything in advance. Based on our experience, the lack of accountability and the disrespectful treatment we received fell far below what anyone should expect from a hotel. An absolutely unacceptable experience that has seriously damaged our impression of this hotel.

− Pour une première fois, je souhaitais découvrir l'expérience d'une nuit en capsule ; je peux assurer que je ne la renouvelant plus jamais. L'aventure aurait pu être agréable, mais l'accueil dispensé par une dame originaire du Sud de l'Asie s'est révélé très aigri, ce qui ne reflète absolument pas l'image de l'établissement. Personne n'était présent pour me guider, alors que j'étais désorienté et épuisé après un long vol. De plus, c'est une expérience à proscrire pour les personnes de grande taille. Si vous recherchez un séjour dans une cellule de prison, c'est l'endroit idéal.
