The pool was lovely as weather was 40 degrees so nice to cool down. We had many major problems but Fidalsa sorted a couple of them for us very quickly. These problems should not have happened eg blocked drains overflowing into washroom and kitchen sink outside which could have been a major health hazard especially with 4 children running around. The smell was horrendous !Electricity power cut out. The barbecue area was good and kitchen was adequate.

− Where do I begin - upstairs is just like one large area with no privacy in between rooms. The walls don’t come up to the ceiling so you can hear everything in rooms. The beds upstairs are folding like camp beds and not good especially for adults. The air conditioning is useless - it goes off every hour and the temperature upstairs was late 30 degrees - a nightmare with a small baby - parents got no sleep having to restart the air conditioning every hour. We had very little or no sleep the whole holiday with a dog right next to the house barking literally the whole night which set dogs off close by. There are a flock of hens, cockerels and peacocks next door - the noise didn’t bother us as we are country folk but the smell was horrendous when outside.The whole area isn’t pleasant - the village has nothing but a run-down bar. Directions to the property are incorrect but eventually we found the house .Two sunbeds - one broken - then two new ones were delivered - still not enough as house supposed to sleep 10. All in all it was a nightmare and so sad as we had spent a lot of money on our family holiday. I complained and was reimbursed £106 !!!!

Unfortunately this is not the countryside treasure it claims to be.

The property has a nice bbq area and the pool was clean. It has private parking which is useful as otherwise there would be nowhere to leave your car. Basic equipment in the kitchen but good to be able to cook at the house.

− If you care about peace and quiet or animal welfare, don’t stay here. Do not expect to sleep, despite having chosen somewhere in the middle of nowhere. The property provides ear plugs but they are not sufficient to drown out the noise of a desperate dog in a tiny cage right next to the property- it howls and barks incessantly through the the night, which then sets off multiple other dogs in the area. It’s very distressing to hear, and in addition to the cockerels, peacocks and chickens, means none of us had a single proper night’s sleep. It’s amazing that somebody would think that a house advertised as sleeping 10 has no proper wall divisions upstairs- effectively making it one giant room. There is absolutely no privacy whatsoever and only one air con unit to spread across three rooms, which turned itself off randomly throughout our stay.

De zwembad,maar helaas is niemand die komen schoonmaken, terwijl de bedoeling was dat het 2x in de week werd gedaan.

− De geluid overlast .de hond blaft heel veel in de nacht en de kippen ook. De geur van de kippenhok.en dat de zwembad niet werd schoon gemaakt.

The bbq setup was good when you weren't getting attacked by flies.

− Awful villa, awful location and awful service from the company. The villa was supposed to sleep 10 but really only 2 comfortably. There was a master bedroom downstairs which was OK, but the 3 bedrooms upstairs had no full walls. There was nothing in the pictures or description of the villa to let you know that upstairs there is no privacy, you can hear each other breathe, fart, walk and talk. We arrived at 3am with not even a bottle of water even though I asked as a special request as I was bringing my elderly mother with us. The day after, we could not get the cooker working so we couldn't even make a coffee. I reported it on thier app, got completely ignored. I called their emergency number as we couldn't even cook any food, my daughter left a message, but no call back. And then I left a WhatsApp message, and nothing. After 3 days of continuous messaging, they finally got back to say someone from the quality team would get back to us. 9 days later, waiting at the airport, we still have heard nothing. There are only 2 sun loungers and 2 additional seats outside. How does that accommodate 10?. Also, it states that it is in the country, but nowhere does it say it's in the middle of a zoo. Right beside our bedroom in the next door neighbours garden was a kennelled dog that howled the entire night, which then got all the other licak dogs (at least another 4 dogs) joining in. Plus, what sounded like several hundred Cockerels, chickens, and peacocks. It was awful, not peaceful in the slightest. All the plates and cutlery were different, looked like the odds and ends from Steptoe and son and only 6 towels for use indoors. There were no pool towels. The location is miles away from everything, as you couldn't walk to the supermarket, coffee shop or restaurant. If you want a nice meal, you need to drive, if you want to go anywhere, you need to drive - the description really didn't speak the truth, it didnt tick any of our boxes.
