10.0The stay at the Biscoitos apartment was nothing short of spectacular. The place was spotless and the beds was very comfortable. With it's prime location and outstanding service from the host, this will be my go- to place.

Wohnung OK, aber Geruchs- und Lärmbelästigung ohne Ende
3.0Die Wohnung an sich ist sehr gut ausgestattet, komfortabel und bietet viel Platz. Leider kann man sich dennoch nicht wohlfühlen. Achtung der Standort auf der Karte ist falsch! Die ganze Zeit, kein Kontakt vom Vermieter.
− Vielleicht hat der Vermieter keinen Einfluss auf das Umfeld, jedoch muss dies erwähnt werden, da es uns Gäste beeinflusst. Geruchs- und Lärmbelästigung ohne Ende. Vor der Kneipe direkt unterhalb der Wohnung treffen sich die einfachen Männer vom Dorf, die gefühlt ohne Pause rauchen. Lüftung vorn (Straßenseitig) also erst nach Kneipenschluss. Hinten kann man leider auch nicht lüften, da die Abgase aus der Küche von der Kneipe und dem nebenliegenden Fischrestaurant vor den Fenstern ausgelassen werden, also Fisch und Friteusen Geruch und das auch schon vor der Öffnungszeit (vorkochen). Im Treppenhaus (keine Lüftungsmöglichkeit) stinkt es fürchterlich! Beim Thema Lärm wird es noch schlimmer: Vorn ist Straße & Kneipe, noch halbwegs im Rahmen, aber hinten läuft die Lüftungsanlage von Kneipe & Restaurant. Diese ist vermutlich defekt und produziert dauerhafte Schlaggeräusche, die durchdringen die halbe Wohnung. Gerade die Schlafzimmer sind betroffen. Eine absolute Zumutung!

10.0Alojamento muito completo com tudo o que era necessário para a estadia. Quartos super confortáveis, ar condicionado, cozinha completa para a confecção de refeições e sala muito acolhedora. Apesar de ficar longe de Angra, pela estrada que atravessa a ilha em 20/30min estamos no centro o que é muito bom. Recomendo vivamente a estadia neste apartamento.

9.0Very comfortable unit, thankful for the AC and the washer/dryer! Perfect size for family of 4. Hosts were very responsive as well.
− Not in the control of the hosts but FYI one of the other units in the building smokes so much that the cigarette smell comes through the door. We used a towel to cover the bottom gap to help lessen the smell.
