7.0gli arredi sono nuovi. La zona mi sembra tranquilla ed ha servizi come bar e panetteria vicini, nel raggio di 200 mt
− erano presenti peli di animali sul divano letto in ingresso, la polvere non è stata fatta in modo accurato era presente dietro i comodini e negli angoli, io essendo un soggetto allergico ne ho risentito. Nel bagno era presente muffa sul soffitto.
