Hotel mágico en medio del bosque
10.0Sin duda unos de los mejores hoteles en nuestro viaje. Superó nuestras expectativas totalmente. Siempre atentos y respondiendo a nuestras dudas lo más rápido posible. Muy serviciales y amables. Ofrecen actividades para quién se quede varias noches consecutivas, y lo recomendamos. También tienen un shuttle bus desde la parada de tren de Kagaonsen station, pregunta por los horarios. Los baños tanto los comunes como los privados son una maravilla. La comida era de lujo y tenían en cuenta tus prioridades alimenticias. Las vistas tanto desde la habitación como desde los baños al río eran de cuento de hadas. El cuarto era tradicional con tatamis y futones y era todo muy cómodo. El pueblo donde se encuentra también tiene mucho encanto a pesar de ser pequeño. Volveremos en un futuro viaje 100%.

− 風呂が旅館の大きさから見て、少々小さい、露天風呂迄の距離が離れていて、足場が石なので滑りが怖い。

10.0Our room was amazing. All of the baths (in-room bath, private bath, public bath) were excellent. The meals were amazing! The Taiko show was fun. Happy hour was great. The town was enjoyable.
− We were supposed to get limo service from the station in a Toyota Alphard, but instead we were picked up in diesel shuttle bus. Location claimed we didn’t provide the advance notice required for such service (complimentary due to paying for the top level room), however we have communication records from 90 days prior to arrival up until 24 hour prior. This was a small let down in an otherwise amazing stay.

− people from the trail across the stream may be able to look into the open air onsen quite disappointing that part of the dinner and breadfast is a buffet type, not the traditional setmeal
