The only big place i found in my Europe trip

− The parking spot is a bit tricky and small, and there’s no air conditioning in the basement.
Not what we expected.
7.0The property was clean. The washing machine is not in the unit itself but in a common area in the basement of the building with laundry detergent provided which was nice.
− When we arrived we contacted the host to let them the blinds were not working in two of the bedrooms and there was no resolution so we left the blinds closed during our stay. The property is on the ground level with 2 bedrooms in the basement. We wouldn't have booked if we had known in advance. Also the listing mentions an outdoor patio with furniture. There was one single plastic chair on the terrace and the grass around the property was overgrown so not at all inviting. I feel the outdoor space is completely misrepresented. I had to ask where the washing machine was since we could not find it in the unit. The host responded quickly to tell us it was in the common area in the basement but it would have been nice to have that information available in the unit rather than having to ask.
Good value for groups, minor points to improve
8.0Great apartment for a group of friends or family! Having two bathrooms is a real bonus. The location works well – close to the highway so you can easily get anywhere. The neighbourhood itself is quiet and pleasant.
− The host was quite slow to respond. The key code was only sent a few hours before check-in, which caused unnecessary stress – it would be helpful if this was communicated in advance. The single beds weren't very comfortable; you could clearly feel the springs. Also, one of the bathrooms is missing a bulb above the mirror, making it quite dark.

7.0Aufteilung ist gut. Lage allgemein für unseren Aufenthalt optimal, direkt am Fuße zum Feldberg, Schwimmbad, Supermärkte etc. fußläufig erreichbar.
− Ausstattung! Kein Küchentuch, keine Müllbeutel, nur 3 Tassen, 4 Gläser….alles etwas spärlich ausgestattet.
Mehr Schein als Sein
5.0Lage zwar an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße, aber perfekt für Ausflüge, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants im die Ecke und die U-Bahn vor dem Haus. Große Wohnung, einige moderne Ausstattungsdetails (Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage).
− Sauberkeit ausbaufähig (Dreck im Mülleimer, klebrige Kaffeemaschine, Staub auf den Oberflächen, volle Mülltüte im "Garten", Schimmel im unteren Bad u.a.). Extrem enge und steile Wendeltreppe und Untergeschoss. Keine Rauchmelder dort. Jalousien schließen extern schlecht, Schlafzimmer morgens sofort hell Wohnung für 5-6 Personen deklariert. Aber nur Sitzgelegenheiten für 4 Personen am Esstisch (auch keine zweckentfremdbaren Ersatzstühle), Küche vieles nur 3-4 mal da, insgesamt extrem dürftige Küchenausstattung (keine kleinen Messer um zB Gemüse zu schneiden, leerer Messerblock, nur eine große Tasse u.v.a.). Parkplatz am Haus reine Glückssache. Wohnungsverwaltung nett, aber unprofessionell. Eingangscode war falsch, keine Infos oder WLAN-Code in der Wohnung, alles muss erfragt werden (bekamen dann den falschen Code vom Appartement darüber...). Defekte Elemente in der Wohnung: unteres Bad ohne Birne über dem Spiegel, Badlicht halbseitig defekt (alles schon in Kommentare vom Sommer 2025 zu lesen). Es entsteht der Eindruck, dass sich niemand mit Herz und Seele im die Wohnung kümmert. Die Wohnung hätte als Unterkunft für große Familien echtes Potential (eigener Bereich für ältere Kinder unten), leidet aber unter einer mangels Kümmern schleichenden Verwahrlosung, was wirklich schade ist um das räumliche Potential und die teils guten Elemente.
