1980s decor with a beautiful view

− It clearly needs some work and a company that prepares the home for renters. The fireplace was inoperable and filled with layers of soot (and it was a gas fireplace!!). The deck and deck furniture were filled with debris- twigs, leaves, residue and my husband took 30 minutes just to get it clean enough for us to use. The front of our unit was filled with twigs and branches and the gutters were full. This could be a beautiful unit with awesome views with a little TLC and updating. Currently it’s 1980s with dollar tree towels. Management company was responsive however the unit needs work.
