9.0I like almost everything there. The pool, beach, sea, scenery, seaview..❤️ 5/5 star!! Perfect spot for healing🫰🏻
− The washroom/bathroom/toilet only 1 (ONE)😏 Really not convinient. My opinion, any apartment or 'big size house' should HAVE ATLEAST 2 (TWO) washroom to accomodate atleast 2 individual "doing business" at the same times especially early morning time. I found that the washroom is quite big, can be separate into 2; 1 for the master room, and the other for general. Overall, 8.9/10..if there are 2 washroom i will give 11/10!
Beach & Swiming Pool is very Good, but the stay lack of number of items needed and also broken.

8.0The unit was spacious for a family of five! Clean comfortable bedding.its also provide an extra mattress and pillows. Basic amenities such as washing machine and dryer were also available. Been staying at Roxy Sematan for almost once a year at different Units. This unit is a perfect fit for our family of five!
− Love everything about the unit, it's just that my children were not able to play at the new pool as only those who stay at the new unit were allowed to use the pool. (Those who are using green wrist bands)
