8.0Que dejarán cafe, gel.... La zona es muy bonita y tranquila.
− Que no tuviera ventilación natural, al ser un bajo sin ventanas daba un poco de ahogo.

7.0La posizione (bus quasi davanti casa e metro a meno di 10 minuti di camminata). Dotazioni in cucina (compresa macchina del caffè), lavatrice, ferro da stiro, microonde,ecc. La posizione è eccellente.
− Ambiente molto rumoroso, interrato senza alcuna finestra (tutto però come in descrizione). Inoltre l'unico lucernario rivolto verso la strada era parzialmente oscurato da materiale del negozio sovrastante. Locale molto caldo e il climatizzatore portatile fornito, era impossibile da utilizzare di notte perché molto fastidioso; il gestore è stato però premuroso a fornirci un ventilatore classico a piantana per la notte. Divano letto adatto solo per bambini piccoli. Sconsigliato a claustrofobici e a chi ha il sonno leggero.

− The studio is in the basement, this is was not mentioned. The noises all the day especially after 10 pm was not convenient and prevent us to have a good sleep. Presence spiders and insects.

6.0Posizione buona con due fermate della metro relativamente vicine e diverse fermate dell'autobus in prossimità. Il quartiere è molto bello e ci sono tanti locali e negozi nelle vicinanze.
− Appartamento molto piccolo e locato in un sottoscala con scarsa luce all'interno. Aria condizionata non funzionante per l'intera durata del soggiorno. Secondo letto apribile piccolo, scomodo e poco solido.

9.0La atención de la propietaria y la ubicación. Además estaba muy limpio. Las camas cómodas. Muy satisfecha con el alojamiento porque alguna carencia que pueda tener se compensa con creces gracias a la atención, facilidades y amabilidad de la propietaria
− El espacio es reducido para 4 personas. Pero para dormir y visitar la ciudad no está mal
