Very disappointing ruining our last few days of holidays

− Was not advised that there was building work going on drilling started at 7:30 each morning contacted property owners advising but they never acknowledged this. Leading to the apartment there were no lights on any landings/corridors from 2nd floor up again no reply hallways were in complete darkness not the relaxing way we meant our holiday to be

− The couch is uncomfortable sorry but you slide off it - 2 towels for 6 nights and a roll of toilet paper (this was quickly actioned though when we asked for more - thanks)
We booked for 3 people but didn’t know we had to pay extra for linens and pillow for 3rd person.

− - no aircon (windows open) - noisy next to school/markets on weekends - hot shower momentarily turns cold on and off

Please note that there is a nonrefundable 4.5% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card. All guests are required to complete an online insurance/security form before checking in. This step involves uploading an ID and a SELFIE HOLDING THE ID to verify the booking details. The service fee is nonrefundable when the booking is canceled. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox are a call-out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking. Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders, and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancelations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests. There is also a building boom going on throughout Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighborhood however if there is work being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
