Well-equipped base for beach days, good for groups or families with kids

Efficient layout made it feel bigger than it is. Indoor and outdoor seating areas thoughtfully appointed with everything you could want. Kitchen really well stocked. Lots of games and toys for kids, as well as a playset in the backyard. Lots of beds so it works for two families vacationing together. It is a 20 minute drive to several beautiful white sand beaches. So best of all was the great beach stuff (including beach mats, chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, volleyball and football, beach umbrella, beach towels, cooler bag and a beach wagon to carry it all). There is even sunscreen in case you forgot your own. All of the thoughtful touches made our very short beach vacation a delight. We had everything we could possibly want or need. Also our hosts were very accommodating and responsive. I would definitely return if I had the chance.

− A flexi-hose in the shower would be nice. A third bathroom or powder room would make it perfect, but we managed totally fine with just the two.

Everything was wonderful! Exceeded our expectations! This was a back to back booking for us! Just another example of how phenomenal the communication is with the owners! They worked with us a year in advance and made sure the transition was seem less as we extended our trip! Definitely looking forward to staying again!

We highly recommend this rental! A true home away from home experience! This property and its owners are outstanding! The communication was excellent & the accommodations were top notch! We have booked many homes and this one exceeded all others by far! The home may not be considered lavish by some, however it can only be considered luxurious by all! This home is spacious, comfortable, clean, peaceful & beyond well appointed! We had everything we needed! From beach gear to ziplock bags! The backyard is a little piece of serenity - with an expansive deck, bar area, bbq, fire pit, corn hole and a jungle gym. All surrounded by greenery. Plenty of birds and a chorus of frogs in the near distance at night! It’s situated in a quiet & centrally located neighborhood which is less than 10 minutes away from grocery stores, super centers & restaurants. It was the perfect haven to come back to after a long day of adventures! We can go on about it, but the word count has a limit :-)! Our immense gratitude to the gracious owners, Todd & Liz for everything!

− No complaints!! As a joke, we said the only thing missing were “chip clips” :-) We meant to buy some but we forgot!

The stay was extremely relaxing and comfortable.

I liked the size of the home and it's proximity to thr beach and stores. I also really appreciated the grill and backyard space.

− The thick pillows on the bed were too much, but I swapped with another pillow in a closet and all was well.
