convenient location and close to the beach. Bit far from town centre etc but facilities available on site. Host is very welcoming and helpful. Communication was prompt and useful. Liked the little touches in terms of amenities and very well maintained. Walking distance to the beach and dog friendly. Great for families with kids due to the options for entertainment.

− Bed was not comfortable. The home was hot when we got there due to the curtains being opened during the heat of the day. Bit noisy due to the nearby bar and restaurant if you like peace and quiet but not a huge problem as perhaps would be less noisy when the world cup football is over.

Cosy caravan close to clubhouse and beach

The caravan was nicely furnished and decorated. We liked the little touches such as the fairy lights, blankets and artificial plants. It had everything we needed; salt, pepper, fairy liquid, cooking oil and ice in the freezer. Also an air fryer which was very handy. We were glad of the outdoor furniture on such a hot weekend - table, chairs, loungers, parasol and even a small BBQ (although recommended to bring your own charcoal and utensils). It was conveniently located close to a very modern clubhouse with burger van, outdoor sports screen, pizza bar and entertainments facilities. There is a small Nisa at the caravan park but not a lot locally for amenities - recommended to bring supplies such as shampoo and hairdryer as the nearest chain supermarket is Clacton-on-Sea.

− The key and front door handle could be a little sticky at times. But that was just a small niggle. Thank you for a lovely stay in your caravan.

We had a great time at this caravan! We were let down last minute by another booking that cancelled on us while we were travelling down to Clacton, but luckily we found this little gem and booked it straight away. The host, Monika, couldn’t have been more helpful she let us check in immediately and even gave us a later check-out, which really helped us out, especially with the kids. The location is perfect, directly opposite the clubhouse and park, which was super handy. The caravan itself was spotless and had everything we needed. We definitely recommend this place and will 100% be back next year!

Absolutely amazing, such a beautiful and comforting caravan which felt like a loving home. Placed perfectly in font on the attractions and overall experience was great! Recommend %100 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The facilities at the accommodation were very good and it was conveniently located on the site. There were many additional items included which made the stay more enjoyable.
