− Una habitación y el baño del dormitorio no se podía ventilar bien por falta de ventana

− Limpieza, falta de secador y sobra algún mueble viejo que se podía tirar en vez de acumular
bastante decepcionante
4.0La ubicación junto al paseo maritimo y las instalaciones de la urbanización, las piscinas fenomenal.
− Las habitaciones son claustrofóbicas, poca luz y poca ventilación, solo tiene un pequeño armario y un aparador para guardar la ropa, el baño está bien pero el plato de ducha pierde agua y esta a falta de mantenimiento se le caen las piezas de gresite, la carpinteria metalica del balcon abre con dificultad y cuesta moverla y la mayoría de las lámparas tienen las bombillas fundidas.

− El apartamento necesita algunas mejoras. Muebles antiguos y necesita una capa de pintura. El agujero entre las 2 habitaciones debería estar tapado y disponer de aire acondicionado.
