Good value for money, but horrible gasoline smell.
7.0Stayed during a conference happening close by and the location was very convenient. The double bed was comfortable, as were the pillows. Duvet/blankets are provided and the air conditioning works well. The flat was clean and the bathroom/shower was okay (don't expect anything luxurious). I did not spend much time at the flat and I did not use the second room.
− There was a very strong smell of gasoline/fuel that comes from the kitchen. Even keeping the kitchen door closed didn't fully keep the smell from spreading into the rest of the flat. Similar smell can be felt from the moment you enter the building. Also, opening the bedroom window didn't help because the smell clearly comes from the outside. Check-in is later than usual (16h) and Check-out is too early (given the Check-in time, 10h). You can pay 10€ per extra hour (which considering the price payed for a 4 night stay, is a bit excessive). If you're looking for something cheap with a good location for a short stay, this might still be a good option.

− I asked to check in at 15:00, and although they agreed, their standard check-in time starts at 16:00, which is quite late compared to most properties. The property itself could also benefit from better maintenance and more attention to its overall condition.
