− People outside the room can see inside even with the curtains closed. The man doing the breakfast woke us up at 7am by ringing the door for 20min straight. And wrong fees when we had to pay.

The location is convenient, with easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. A special thank you to Bobi for his warm hospitality and responsiveness. He was friendly, helpful, and made the entire stay smooth and enjoyable. Everything was as described, and we would happily recommend this property to anyone visiting Unawatuna.
