Helpful staff, even rescued our car off the rocks in the river when the Booking.com map lead us into danger. Interesting decor. Cleanliness.

− The map on the website sent us too far past the property to the farm Muurkraal, which lead to us trying to do an impossible river crossing for our city car, requiring the staff to tow us out of the river where we were stuck on the rocks. The map location doesn't match the directions sent. Enquiries with Neo did not warn us that we were not supposed to attempt the second river crossing and didn't alert us to electricity issues. He gave a false assertion that all cooking facilities were in place. Dependence on electricity supply is a problem and there needs to be a backup or at least a warning. Low water pressure in bathroom. No corkscrew, plunger, spatula and stove plate only heated the center of the frying pan.

It was an unforgettable experience and I will definitely do it again.

The location was excellent and the accommodation was very neat and clean. Walking with the Cheetah was a next level experience!

Beautiful tent and surroundings, but amenities need to be checked and updated for 2 people to stay.

Good layout. Very comfortable bedding. Good atmosphere created. Quiet surroundings - bird songs in the morning. it was lovely to sit outside on the porch and have dinner.

− No wi-fi (as advertised.) No indication as to which tent was ours. No welcome / instruction sheet as to where to find power for lights. No wine glasses; no cork screw. No coffee or milk. One knife (for 2 people).

Beautiful location in Biedouw Valley even without the flowers. Our host Lionel was welcoming and helpful.He gave us the experience of a lifetime by taking us on as Cheetah walk.The next morning he also fixed our tire.If you a nature lover,this one is for you.

− It was advertised as having ' free wi-fi' . Well, there was nothing. The bathroom bin had not been emptied after the previous guests. A few basics, like a chopping board, & wine glasses would have been nice.

Challenging. Would like a refund for second nights stay that we could not use to misleading info about wi-fi.

Inside of the tent

− Pin location incorrect. No communication. No wi- fi as stated in advert. No cell- phone reception. Name on gate different to advert. Drove on challenging dirt road for many kilometres before stumbling on the place by chance. Only stayed one of the two booked nights. We weren’t welcomed, we were unexpected guests.
