− Tout, ça n’était pas un hôtel comme indiqué dans l’annonce mais une guest house. Nous sommes arrivés dans le studio, tout était sale, les murs, les literies, le sol, touuut ! Il y a une télé mais pas de piles dans la télécommande. Les photos sont mensongères il y a bien une piscine mais qui était vide et qui n’appartient pas à la résidence. J’ai pris des photos de l’état de l’appartement et j’ai contacté le service client afin qu’il procède à remboursement. C’était vraiment catastrophique, je ne recommande absolument pas et j’espère que son annonce va disparaître. J’ai également essayé de contacté la gérante, avant de contacté booking, elle a à peine répondu et semblait complètement désintéressée, il est donc inutile d’essayer de communiquer avec elle, le confort des clients ne lui importe pas du tout.
