− I had a bad experience in the property. I booked the property on April for the stat on May 25 and my booking got confirmed. Before reaching the property I called the property +91 8921-340346 and spoke with the person who is very rude and worst. He gave me the number to contact and he is so aggressive and drunken and said that “no rooms now I don’t receive any response from owner why did you come here go away”. Asked the owner regarding this he said booking was not confirmed and we had a huge argument. Later we booked another resort and reached there. Receiving a call from that owner #+91 8921-340346 and he is threatening me and asking my location that he will come and do something. As we are tourist we came there to be leisure but this man made us very bad. So don’t book this resort. Also share this to your friends. Very very worst resort ever…

5.0The resort is in an awesome location though diff to reach through big cars. Grant view of Perumala. That is the location of resort about 2 Km away from Kanthalloor Town./
− There was a Iag of half an hour after reaching kanthalloor and getting an idea about the resort. The staff Told he will be there while you arrive.but he was not there. dialled 11 times. he was not accepting the call. he told me that he was in a function. just think about 2 families including kids reaching there after travelling 6 hrs and getting no idea about the resort and getting assistance

4.0One of the best and tastiest hotel in Kanthaloor is Pranav tatta vada mess.
− The place is difficult to access because of a steep hill, and there are no services like tea, a hotel, or a taxi stand. You need to pay Rs 400 each time for a taxi to get tea, food, and other essentials, which is not needed. The service is poor. It's better to book a hotel near Kanthaloor town. The owner is nice and friendly, but I do not recommend this hotel due to the service.
