− Stairs to apartment difficult with luggage. Also had to ring when arrived as not given exact location of apartment and not given access codes unless I rang. Was not informed prior to this that you need to do this at check in time

− It is on the third floor with no elevator, and there was no one to help carry the luggage. I also forgot my Apple Watch; I contacted them about it, but they paid no attention.
