Second stay - as brilliant as the last one!
10.0Our second stay here. It's a great place with all the things you could need for a perfect break. It is so peaceful, with great views of the country and nature literally on your doorstep- feels like you are in the middle of nowhere, but it's actually really near some lovely towns and plenty of things to do.

A perfect haven of peace - we loved it!
10.0An absolutely beautiful place. The Lodge is so comfortable and well-thought-out, with everything you could need and plenty of space. Bed was really comfy. The view was incredible, and the vineyard so lovely with a picturesque lake to walk round. We even had fantastic weather in which to sit out, relax and have a barbecue, which is amazing for early April. Lots of great places to visit just a short drive away. Sharon and Peter were wonderful, friendly hosts. A real hidden gem and we were reluctant to leave! A marvellous place - can't wait to stay again.
