HORRIBLE AND WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

− Flatlet has nice furniture however the bed and sleeper couches for us was as if we were sleeping on a concrete block and the bedding and pillows was very disappointing and old, I would not even give it to my maid. After 1 night with no sleep we advised we would rather look for another place which she found offensive and "threw" the bookings.com rules regarding cancellations in our face. Decent would have been to just say sorry to hear and get to an amicable refund agreement as we only stayed 1 night and showered used nothing else....even battled to log into the internet...so could not use that either...However not all gloom the lady went out of her way to buy some groceries which other places does not do....just a pity though that she was not accommodating with the refund and sent us offensive, uncalled for, messages. I had to block her as she just kept on going after I said she must leave the refund and stop harassing me. If you do not mind extremely hard beds then this place would be fine for you. We advised beforehand that we have severe sinus allergies HOWEVER also neglected to tell us she has cats...we were advised on arrival that we need to keep everything closed otherwise the one cat will come in ...this is unacceptable too but i was so mad with her sarcastic snotty mesgs that i forgot to mention this too....IT WAS TOTALLY HORRIBLE... I do jot recommend

Clean and well equipped. Thoughtful host ensured I had everything I needed. perfect for a business stay in Joburg.

We really enjoyed our stay! Dale is a lovely host. She gave us a warm welcome and the best recommendations for restaurants in the area. The communication was great. The accommodation is well equipped and clean. We would love to come back.

What an amazing Hostess Dale is . The cottage was just perfect. We loved our stay. Dale went out of her way to organize a wonderful Braai. We are already planning our next trip. It was so clean and had a homely feeling. Cant say enough good things about our stay.

Very clean. Recently revamped with new appliances and furniture. Location is convenient to find, quiet and secure.
