5.0Komfor,čistoća, divan pogled
− Parking za goste hotela se naplaćuje dodatno kao i bazen i sauna. U drugim hotelima to je uključeno u cenu. Uplatili smo welnes sadržaje u periodu od 18h do 21h a već u 20.30h su isključili struju, u 20.45 h zaposlena je upala u svlačionicu oglašavajući «fajront«. Za doručak veoma mali i oskudan švedski sto neprimeren usluzi na koju smo već tradicionalno navikli na Zlatiboru. Pored toga, veoma je udaljen od centra. S obzirom na ovakav «novokomponovani« menadžment koji ne priliči gostoprimstvu Zlatibora, ne predvidjam im svetlu budućnost. Mi se svakako nećemo vraćati tamo.
