Good location , but disappointing maintenance issues and a lack of care from management.
3.0The apartment was a convenient location for exploring London.
− Unfortunately, we experienced several maintenance issues during our stay. The shower was broken, the front door wouldn’t lock properly, which was particularly concerning from a security perspective, and the TV wasn’t working on our first day. Although a maintenance man was sent to investigate, the staff seemed largely unconcerned and offered little in the way of an apology. Considering the number of issues, we expected a much more proactive and understanding response. These problems took away from what should have been an enjoyable stay.

− Toilet too small. Three flights up staircase. Difficult to carry suitcase
Comfortable and perfect location. Any issues were promptly dealt with.
