Good location, gorgeous home and decor, lots of room.

− After filling out multiple forms and paid deposits upon booking, I had to ask for check in instructions at check in time. The house was gorgeous and well located. But the maintainable was very poor. My 5 year old stood on broken glass as soon as we walked in. The floors were not clean. Multiple white tail spiders in the lounge room and other spider webs in all corners. The toilet floor has yellow urine stains and the oven doesn't shut. Glassware filthy. When privately advised, there was absolutely no response. Provided photos and noted my message was seen. Days later, when I told them I was about to leave a review, I got an instant reply claiming they 'only just saw feedback'. App not allowing upload of photos of urine and broken glass. Disappointed as communication would have made us consider this poor experience a one off. Lovely home, terrible cleaning/managerial team.

simple system of a door lock with the code provided on the day of arrival

− These are only minor criticisms, the cleanliness of the cutlery, coffee cups, glassware and saucepans was not the best. The pillows in the back bedroom were so soft and lumpy, found a clump of hair on the doona and the doona cover had lots of yellowing. Blanket on the couch had crusty bits of food still on them. Major criticism was the TV, remote was a pain to use, had to go into settings on every channel/Netflix to change the sound, travelling with my 92 year old mother who likes to watch TV was not easy.

Fantastic stay with 5 adults and a toddler- everyone was comfortable

Well appointed, and centrally located

− No keys, only door code

Change the 3rd bed and the property would be perfect. We loved it.

Host and the home. So modern and it had everything you need.

− Master bed and bed 1 were ok, but the 3rd bed it in the sleepout room was very squeaky and you could feel the the bed springs in your back (very uncomfortable)

− Log fire not in use and that was the main reason we booked the house heater only in main living area not bedrooms and noted that windows had no fly screens so if staying in summer months it would be a problem opening windows

Gorgeous little place. It's well kept, nice and clean. The property had everything you would need for your stay. The location was great for us as we like walking. Lovely and quiet area. Would definitely recommend.
