9.0La disponibilité et la gentillesse de M. Khalil; le calme de l'appartement ; la sécurité dans la résidence ainsi que parking. La terrasse est très grande et agréable pour les soirées.
− Je recommande vivement à ce que les ustensiles de cuisine en aluminium soient remplacés par ceux en inox ainsi que ceux en état de délabrement avancé. Les services de cuisine ne sont pas à la hauteur de la qualité de l'appartement ni de sa décoration moderne et agréable. La terrasse est très agréable mais il faudrait mettre un parasol à la disposition des locataires pour pouvoir en profiter le matin puisque l'appartement est orienté Est.
