Fast unkompliziert und überraschend gut und gepflegt nach dem ersten äußeren Eindruck
8.0Der Eingang zur Wohnungsanlage ist ein wenig versteckt und erst nach zwei Umrundungen zu finden, Die bildliche Beschreibung zum Eingang in die Wohnung war sehr gut
− Licht im Flur der Wohnung defekt, Mülleimer im Bad nicht ganz gelehrt. Insgesamt aber ein krasser Gegensatz zum Haus und Umgebung (sehr positiv gemeint)
Für entspannte Urlaubstage nicht zu empfehlen.
2.0− Schöne Ferienwohnung die im sozialen Brennpunkt liegt. Rattenfallen am Eingang. Totenlichter und nur Ausländer.. Fewo liegt in einem Wohnbock. Wir haben es vorgezogen diese Wohnung nicht zu beziehen.

− Die kostenlosen Parkplätze sind zwar vorhanden, zum grossen Teil aber besezt, so das wir am ersten Tag relativ weit weg parken mussten.

3.0The flat itself is nice. Modern furniture. Nice balcony. Comfy bed. Nice kitchen with new utensils.
− DON´T GO IN THIS FLAT UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET THREATENED BY THE OWNER. THAT´S WHAT HAPPENED. I WAS IN THIS FLAT FOR 3 WEEKS. THE WATER PRESSURE IN THE BATHROOM IS RIDICULOUSLY LOW. IN THE SINK BASICALLY THERE IS NO COLD WATER, ONLY HOT. IN THE SHOWER THE PRESSURE OF THE WATER IS NOT EXISTENT. I CONTACTED THE OWNER VIA WHATSAPP, THEY READ THE MESSAGE AND DIDN´T REPLY. I SENT THEM AN SMS AND THEY DIDN´T REPLY. ONLY AFTER CONTACTING CUSTOMER SERVICE, AFTER 3 DAYS, THEY ANSWERED "THE WATER PRESSURE IS ENOUGH, NOTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT THAT". WHAT KIND OF ANSWER IS THAT? COMMUNICATION WAS JUST DISGUSTING WITH THESE PEOPLE. AFTER CHECKING OUT, I LEFT A LOW RATING AND I GOT A THREATENING MESSAGE FROM THE OWNER SAYING "YOU WILL RECEIVE A LETTER FROM OUR LAWYER" - I CAN ONLY IMAGINE MANY PEOPLE WERE DISSATISFIED BY THIS OWNER AND GOT THREATENED. PLUS IT´S VERY NOISY IN THE MORNING WITH PEOPLE SCREAMING AND TALKING, YOU CAN HEAR EVERYTHING. THEY EXPECT ME TO GIVE A HIGH RATING AFTER EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENED? DELUSIONALS.
